Agency R is the student leadership team of the Retail Studies Student Association, operating within the Retail Management Institute.

Agency R takes pride in curating and organizing events tailored specifically for Retail Studies minor students. In previous years, Agency R orchestrated a variety of engaging activities on campus and off campus. Some of the on-campus events include Tabling Events each quarter, Quarterly Welcome Back Dinner, Internship Career Fair, and Student Reception. Off-campus events include Company Tour visits, Happy Hour, Virtual events to talk to industry experts as well as Alumni, and other exciting events all aimed at bringing students together and fostering valuable networking opportunities.

Furthermore, Agency R, with the support of Ambassadors and Recruitment Directors, plays a crucial role in educating prospective students about the Retail Studies Minor in the Institute, highlighting how retail studies can enhance their career prospects and complement their academic majors.
