The University Square Studios are conveniently located across the street from the north edge of campus. The complex offers 8 single unfurnished studios (first-floor) and 8 single furnished studios (second-floor) in a two-story building with exterior corridors. The studios offer approximately 330 square feet of living space with a separate kitchen area and a private bath. A coin operated laundry facility and on-site parking are close at hand. All utilities, cable television, and access to the university’s high-speed network services are included in the lease and are billed per academic term. Each studio is assigned to an individual student. A building resident manager is available for assistance and to help plan community activities. A minimum 10-month contract is required.
