Teaching Grants
SCU offers two distinct grants designed to support teaching and learning. The University Teaching Grant and the Teaching and Technology Innovation Grant both seek to support faculty as they deepen their pedagogical expertise, foster innovation in course or assignment design, and contribute to teaching conversations within or across disciplines.
While each award supports specific kinds of pedagogical projects and includes discrete proposal guidelines, there is a common application on Google Forms where you will attach your project proposal and any supporting documents. You will also complete several screening questions, which will help us direct your application to the relevant grant opportunity.
If you have any questions about which grant is right for your project or for other project consultation, please reach out to the Office of Faculty Development (facultydevelopment@scu.edu).
