Prashanth Asuri with the Bioengineering Department and Chan Thai with Communication department have a $99,960 award from the NIIMBL to support their project "NIIMBL eXperience @ SCU".
Through the proposed effort, SCU will serve as the regional lead organization that will plan, recruit students, and run the "NIIMBL eXperience" program in the Bay Area. The proposed program will expose underrepresented students to the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry through hands-on training, industry tours, and engagement with professional associations
