The 2025-2026 Staff Awards nomination process is officially open. Coordinated by the Staff Senate in partnership with Human Resources, these awards celebrate the exceptional contributions of both individual colleagues and teams.
To nominate a colleague or team, please click the respective form link located in the table below. The deadline for all nominations is Friday, April 10, 2026.
The winners will be announced at the annual Staff Recognition Event scheduled for Monday, June 15 from 1:30pm - 4pm in the Locatelli Student Activity Center.

The Inclusive Excellence Award recognizes an individual or department for outstanding contributions to SCU’s mission of inclusive excellence. We celebrate those who champion the diverse cultures, perspectives, and identities that define our community. Whether through professional innovation or personal advocacy, the recipient has demonstrated a profound commitment to building an SCU where every member feels they truly belong. |

The Spirit of Ignatius Award recognizes those who live out our Jesuit mission through action. This honor recognizes an individual or department that goes above and beyond their role at SCU to serve others.
