The Center for Sustainability advances understanding of sustainability and justice through on- and off-campus programs that help the University reach its goal of climate neutrality, practice responsible consumerism, strengthen a culture of sustainability, and use the campus as a living laboratory for developing solutions.
- The Forge Garden
The University's educational garden serves as a space for research, service learning, and sustainable food production for the Friday Farm Stand.
- Circular Economy Programs
The Center for Sustainability manages several programs and events to develop a culture of sharing, repairing, and reusing goods and/or services on campus. Circular economy programs that facilitate waste diversion include but are not limited to Bronco Surplus, the Share Shelf, the Lending Library, and Swap for Good. Check out our offerings.
